Yes the strings were exactly what we needed and it was a great way for me to teach my kid how to change strings on a guitar.
Missing item
Happy to receive guitar strings that were left out of my order. Grandson likes his Loog acoustic guitar he got for Christmas. Great way to get a youngster interested in playing guitar. Playing cards and website tutorials are great.

Our Holiday order was delayed and we wrote saying we needed it in time for Christmas and they sent another one right in time! They made it right and my son loves it so much. He had minis in the past and went up to pro.
Disappointing Experience
Shipping Issues: The shipping process was a nightmare. I didn’t receive any updates for two weeks after the initial shipping confirmation, which caused a lot of stress, especially since this was ordered before Christmas. I tried reaching out multiple times, but only received auto-generated responses that weren’t helpful. There was no way to actually contact a customer support team for assistance. Quality Concerns: Unfortunately, the guitar didn’t meet my expectations. Despite reading several positive reviews about its quality, the guitar felt flimsy and poorly constructed. After just a short time, we had to replace a string. For the price, I was hoping for a much sturdier product.
