Ordered third one for the third grandchild. Always good padding and well made. The older two grandkids love using the backpack straps. Can’t wait to give the Loog guitar and gig bag to the youngest grandchild.

Like Debbie L. in the reviews below, our Loog Pro gig bag arrived with a rip in the back as well. I've attempted to exchange it but it has been out of stock since Christmas 2024. It appears to still be out of stock as of mid March and I'm starting to wonder if it'll ever be back in stock.

The first gig bag I received was ripped in the back. I was able to return it and get a new bag that was not damaged. The exchange process was easy and the Loog customer service staff was polite and helpful.
