I love our Loog electric guitar, but this record player has some QC issues. While it’s cute, the back piece on the inside is coming loose and the edges are cut uneven upon unboxing. Also, the piece that the record spins on moves around quite a bit. I’m not sure if we got a lemon, but for $150, I expect much higher quality. I got my JVC direct drive record player for only $50 more and the quality blows this one away. I’ve been trying to get in touch with Loog for almost two weeks. An AI email will be returned to you instantly and then you’ll hear nothing again. If you call, nobody will be available. I’ve tried sending separate emails through the chat and through email four more times and it’s still crickets over here. I’m very disappointed and frustrated with zero customer service offered by this company.

The turntable did not work when opened on Christmas Day. The function indicator light indicates an electrical fault and the belt was detatched

I had my preschool class guess what might be in the suitcase and as soon as they saw the little cartoon character on the top of the box, they got excited and we’re certain it was a guitar! When I opened it up, one of them guest that it might play music like Alexa! We had so much fun and the product is a high-quality, shipped quickly, and was everything I expected!
